Good software with frustrating glitches

I complained about the same problem last year. We used Deluxe last year, Premier this year with the same problem.
We have a small vacation residential rental located one block from our primary residence. Considering the proximity, vehicle expense associated with the rental are minimal. I have refused to list a vehicle as used in this business on a depreciation schedule, it is just not worth the hassle of record keeping. Most of our trips to the rental are by bicycle or a 44 year old Honda Trail 90. Ask yourself, is it worth filling out the Schedule E car and truck worksheet (4 pages) for any depreciation deduction on these vehicles?
Turbo Tax consider the absence of information on the above worksheet a major error. Because of this ERROR, I am not allowed to eFile my return. The IRS accepts my returns without this information, but I have to file a printed return.
Since I can/t e-File, You won/t get this revies
What's great about it: good guidance on the step by step
What's not so great: Too ridgid, will not allow choosing not to deduct an expense

Wore me out

I am using Microsoft 10 Operating System. Loading TurboTax conflicted with the Higher version of the Net Framework already installed on my system. It took me 105 minutes to figure out how to load TurboTax. Support notes were very confusing

Good except for a couple of things

Last year I saved my return as a PDF and this year it would not carry over. I had to re enter my entire 2014 return to carry over important capital losses. This is a big failing. There should be a warning that if you do a PDF save it only gives you a copy of your return...nothing else. Also, when trying to e file a state return, my credit card was charged, then I am informed I have to mail it because I had a an extra form that could not be e filed. Should have told me it wouldn't e file sooner in the process. That said, I have used this product for years with no complaints.
What's great about it: The carryover from prior years
What's not so great: When it doesn't carry over.

Great program but CALCULATES A LOT and is slow!

I have been using Turbotax for years and I love it. However this year (2015) it had a very annoying problem where it would constantly do it's CALCULATIONS which for what ever reason took 10-20 seconds each time. And it did it frequently, even when my action would have no change in tax consequence. This slowed me down a great deal and I don't think previous versions did this.
What's great about it: Very thourough
What's not so great: Very slow and frequent "CALULATING"
