Easy to use

Once I gathered all my paperwork that are required for filing,it only took me 2 hours to complete Federal and two state to file and submit electronically.
What's great about it: The guide is very helpful
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Worst Year using TT in nearly 20 years

While I finally figure it out and resolved the issue - there was no clarity on 1099 misc differences and it took me forever to figure it out.... what links to what form....
What's great about it: Mostly VERY efficient as usual
What's not so great: not clear on 1099 links

Overall useful product; does seem to think of everything for Federal. Have my own spread sheet that works well especially if forms don't change much. But have to copy onto to an IRS form, so T Tax alleviates that and helps catch some errors.
Found what I believe are holes in the ALA state forms.

What's great about it: Brings in old data easily, e-filing, good check of my manual spread sheet
What's not so great: Did not ask for Identity Protection personal ID number. Did not handle ALA Miscellaneous well. Moderate learning curve
