Easy

Each it gets simpler to use turbo tax good job
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: state form needed extra work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is a breeze!

I enjoy doing our taxes every year with Turbo Tax! I was very skeptical at first and thought I would be overwhelmed, but the last few years have gotten more user friendly and the ease of electronically filing is smooth. I would not use any other product!
What's great about it: The entire program!
What's not so great: Absolutely no cons!

Over all I have been very happy with Turbo Tax through the years. However, I am not impressed with the fact that it asks if you want to do your FREE STAT RETURN, and when you get to the end it still charges to efile the state return. I know having done TAXES for a living that PA state DOES NOT charge for Efile so why am I being charged for a FREE state return??? I have already paid to purchase the Turbo Tax 2015 Premier software. This has made me think, I may try a different software that is a LOT cheaper next year.
What's great about it: Easy walk through and lots of good information
What's not so great: Some parts jumped through areas that I had to revisit in order to get all information in.

Not so bad!

All and all a great tax experience, the process was easy to follow and quick to complete. This is my first time filing on my own and the experience was satisfactory.
What's great about it: well laid out simple to follow directions
What's not so great: some terms were unfamiliar

A smooth tax return

I have been used Turbo Tax in last six years, it is consistent and improvement is seen for some details..
What's great about it: Step by step guidance is real help
What's not so great: Wish more detailed worksheet is available for some calculated numbers..

What's great about it: Step by step instructions were very easy to follow
What's not so great: Difficulty finding our how to apply my refund to next year's taxes. Had to manually enter it into the 1040 form.
