Good but some weaknesses

Most everything was very easy to use and the instructions were quite clear. In fact, my only real gripe is that I did an conversion from my Traditional IRA to a Roth and found it very confusing what was required. Probably a little unusual, but still...
What's great about it: Most stuff was very straightforward
What's not so great: Very awkward dealing with my IRAs

Disappointed at the end

I have been using Turbotax for longer than I can remember. A decade at least. There is a reason I keep coming back to it, but this year, my inability to efile because of the "negative cost or other basis on Form 8949" is very disappointing since clearly it is a software glitch.
The "fix" I found on the internet is not a fix - the program autopopulates to 4 decimal places for these values, and I cannot simply reduce to 2.

Anyhow, now I need to spend time and money mailing these returns (Federal would have been free efile) and I feel cheated.
You make a very good product. I am an admirer. But this was very disappointing and I may go elsewhere next year.
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: no e-fileing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Another good year with Turbo Tax

I couldn't get help for the issue described above and finally gave up.
What's great about it: Easy instructions and ease of entering information.
What's not so great: I couldn't figure out how to claim Foreign Interest paid on investments. I was able to do it last year, but not this.

Love Turbo Tax
