THE LANGUAGE LEVEL IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND BUT FOR NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS A LOT IS DESIRED IN TERMS OF SIMPLIFICATION.

Easy Peasy

I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years. It makes filling in the form quicker by forwarding not just your name & address, but also financial information from last years returns. I like the fact that it gives hints and answers questions through links as you go along. It also provides a really good search function. I guess that's why I keep coming back to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: It walked me through everything. I really like the search feature.
What's not so great: Nothing major.

Easy step by step instructions. Turbotax easy guide makes navigating complex taxes pretty simple.
What's great about it: Program guides and asks questions that are easy to answer and also gives details if your not sure.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

What I wish TurboTax Did Better

I've been using TurboTax for many, many years and since I use Quicken too, the look and feel is familiar which I like. What I don't like is the printing when it's all done. I do store away the PDF which gets archived away at some point, but I still like going old school by killing a tree and printing the forms. Now I'm not totally non-green. I try to print double-sided and that's where TurboTax greatly needs improvement. When I check multiple forms to print they are just concatenated into one massive file with no consideration given to whether the form has even pages or old number of pages. My personal preference would be for each form to start on its own page (odd number) . Yes, this means that single page and other forms with odd numbers, when printed double-sided, will be blank on the back, but it will improve readability. The forms will all be separate, just like if I had done it manually.
Believe it or not, that's my only gripe! I like TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use; Easy to stop and start again where you left off. Compares to prior years if you used TurboTax last year.
What's not so great: Final Print could be better

Excellent - AGAIN!

This is our second year filing a tax return with rental property income. TurboTax was a lifesaver! I like to do my own taxes and it was so much easier with this program.
What's great about it: The step-by-step questions really helps include everything.
What's not so great: Hmmm . . . nope, no cons for me.
