Turbo Tax is soooooo easy!

Turbo Tax makes it so easy to finish your taxes in one sitting. Just collect all your tax information, get your lap top and finish in a jiffy!
What's great about it: Fast and so easy to use. Finished my taxes while I watch Shark Tank.

Needs Improvement

Turbo Tax is really lacking in the instructions for the Virginia state tax return. I had to go to Virgiinia to get the line by line instructions. For example, most states tax municipal bond interest from other states that is exempt under Fed taxes. The Turbo tax program has a question for "US tax exempt bond interest" which is different from municipals. Also there is some problem with the program that you can go back to find the question to input the other states muni bond interest.
What's not so great: Needs better instructions for Virginia state income tax

So easy and helpful

It asked about everything for my rental property which helped a lot for my first time having the property. I did have to click and ask a few questions but they always had the answers that I was looking for and needed to complete my taxes.
What's great about it: It will ask you for just about everything that you need to get your biggest return.
What's not so great: It doesn't do it all for you. All kidding aside I had no problems or complaints.

No stress and no hassle

I have been using TurboTax for years and have always found help immediately available. Intuit stands behind its products and if there was a question of any sort it was handled in a professional and courteous manner. This product is easy to use and updates are provided throughout the process. I would recommend this product.
What's great about it: Ease of use/understandable directions
What's not so great: Did not find something I did not like

Restricted Stock

I paid to upgrade to the Premium version of Turbo Tax to handle restricted stock options. The software is not user friendly for that section. It took me several help queries to figure out how I should be calculating the cost basis of shares that I had sold.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to use for all the basics
What's not so great: Premium version doesn't handle Restricted Stock very well

Great Tax Application

Great Application to prepare taxes with. Up-to-date with all Federal and State laws. Very easy to use. Just wish I could file my State Tax without a charge.
