Quite outsourcing K-1

Taxes are bad enough to perform but when I paid for your product, as I have for many years, I would have expected a better solution to K-1. When there are special requirements for Foreign Taxes, I should have expected an programmatic "Fill out another K-1". How hard could this possibly be. I only do taxes once per year. I had to look on the net in various places to finally determine a solution. AND fix the error messages, please, please, please.

Very Good Service

Have used TurboTax for a number of years. Have investments and rental property and TurboTax covers all of the bases. Plan to continue using it in the future and would recommend it to anyone from a simple to the more complicated tax situation.

Death and Taxes

I've tried other vendors, and I experienced a bunch of problems; trouble installing the software, less efficient data entry (not so hot forms) specifically. I got it done, but I came back to Turbo Tax and everything went bang, bang, bang. Could just be me, but ???
What's great about it: Ability to switch between step-by-step and forms format.
What's not so great: None really.

Excellent Process

I have used TurboTax for the past 8 years to assist in preparing both State and Federal taxes. I find it simple to use and very thorough with detailed instructions. I appreciate the continued upgrading in the software. I recommend it to others.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions

Quick and Easy

The 2015 Turbo Tax Premier is an excellent product. I have used Turbo Tax for years and this one is the best. Each year it seems to improve which is a reflection of Turbo Tax developers' spirit of continuous improvement.

Saved me from pain

I switched away from Turbotax when in the early 2000's since it didn't correctly do IRA basis calculations. This year, after selling stocks and dealing with many numerous frustrating changes, I was amazed at how easy and well our methods lined up. Kudos!

Ease of Tax Prep!!

Have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years, wouldn't think of doing future tax returns without it!! Like the way it pulls previous year's data to minimize "hand-jamming" of repetitive information. Due to income level, have to use Backdoor Roth IRA contribution, this is one area TT isn't as friendly, wish they would make for a better accommodation for this transaction. But overall, I definitely recommend TT to anyone.
