Printing

Everything was great until I got to Filing and Printing. I printed forms before I filed because I didn't understand your instructions.
The third time around and 30 minutes later I realized I could file and then print.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and really like the product. Having all the forms I need in one place is a great plus.

Great product! Will definitely continue using it in the future.
One suggestion: when entering information for the sale of a rental property (date purchased, date sold, etc.), put a note in there telling users that sales expenses are input under "Deductions and Credits" tab in "Other Deductions and Credits" section. I couldn't figure out where to put them and had to call tech support to handle.

What's great about it: Have used TurboTax for years. So much easier than doing taxes by hand! Lots of helpful hints along the way.
What's not so great: Only 1 con: had trouble finding where to include sales expenses from the sale of a rental property

Quick and Painless

What a great way to do my taxes. It asked all of the right questions, helped me file for my small business, and gave me all of the necessary deductions. Thanks TurboTax for making this process that most people dread super easy and fun.
What's great about it: Pick up whenever I have time, easy, friendly interface
What's not so great: I have to wait again until next year

Excellent software

TurboTax is an easy-to-follow software, which has helped me with my federal and state filings for many years. There are a number of features which I particularly like --- the guided questionnaires, the copying of data from previous years' details, the allowance for a password. I have used TurboTax for many years, and it's been a real time-saver. I made the mistake once only of switching to another, less costly brand of tax software, and it was clumsy and riddled with glitches. I'll not make that mistake again.
