Failed my K-1 Documents

I have been using TurboTax for several years and this is the first year that I have been extremely disappointed in loading tax information into the software specifically the handling of K-1 data.
I loaded my K-1 from Blackstone and Turbotax said I need to break out the data into different K-1s but did not say how .
Very poor directions at best. I created a few different K-1s and the error message would not go away or came up with a new error. I deleted the line and it was accepted. This will cause a problem when the IRS gets it but after two evenings I just gave up.
The help screen was useless. I expect a letter from the IRS - they may be easier to deal with than Turbotax for the K-1. I would have had no trouble if I was doing a paper return .
I will need to try another package if Turbotax can't confirm a fix for this. A very unhappy customer. Bill

What's not so great: I was forced to transmit an incomplete returns due to K-1 problem in Turbotax

Need ability fo file more returns

I need to be able to file more than 5 returns. I have a large family.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Can't file all my family's returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Has A Glitch

I've used TurboTax for well over a decade and have been generally satisfied with the program.
However, the program hung when an error was generated at line 16 of a K-1 form. No matter what I did, the error was not corrected - re-entering information, creating requested work sheets, following advice from the "Online Community."
The error revolved about a matter of a few dollars. As a result, TurboTax would not allow me to e-file.
I am disappointed.
What's great about it: Information and data is easily entered
What's not so great: Fixing errors can be problematic.

Not easy to use actual forms

Maybe understandably, TurboTax is accelerating pushing users to follow EasyStep. If you've dealt directly with actual 1040 & supporting forms, some line items can no longer be accessed except from within EasyStep. So familiarity & speed you might have acquired over the years from IRS form date entry is compromised. Some entry mis-steps don't appear until/unless you attempt electronic filing. The EasyStep error checking is NOT good on some state forms; errors that prevent electronic filing aren't caught (over-rides are basically unacceptable for electronic filings). Would be best to be informed about that from beginning. Makes it not overall that easy to use.
What's great about it: EasyStep is reassuring
What's not so great: Using actual forms getting harder and harder

Have used this for 15 or so years and it's always been excellent; well done and I love the automation, efiling, etc. No fuss, no muss.
What's great about it: Leads you through the entire process
What's not so great: Sometimes I don't need to go through the entire process
