My Income tax return filing experience

It filled my need for a mailing option due to IRS unable my online access for security purposes. Thanks.
What's great about it: Simplifying individuals filing their tax return.
What's not so great: Simple, but not so easy for newbies.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What was I nervous about?

I liked the experience after my mother recommended it to me, tried it and was relieved that it was not overly complicated.
What's great about it: I like the review
What's not so great: Would like a SAVE button.

Easy to prepare son's simple return

Wanted to do manual entry of investment this year after downloaded in 2014. Doing so required reentering name of institutions; could not enter under previous year's entry. Simple form return and did not feel it worth downloading dividend info.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Leads nicely through questions.
What's not so great: Manual entry of investment after downloaded in 2014 required reentering name of institutions.

Always a delay at the end of process

I always seem to get hung up at the end. Eg., I want to enter my checking account as the place for direct debit of taxes due, but can't find where to enter it. Also, can't find how to save return as .txf file for next year-- only .pdf Have read responses in forum but they dont work.

This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax. I am very happy with it. It explains every part of filing. User friendly too. If you don't understand any part of the questions, there is a link that explains it. I would recommend to all my friends to use this product.

Need a Way to Report Minister's Housing

Every year I receive a letter from the IRS that I did not report some income reported on 1099R. The church has designated this income as housing and thus is non reportable. There should be a way to acknowledge this income to the IRS as a part of my filing. Perhaps there could be a letter included with the filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Housing Allowance not reportable.
