Happy, but needs some fixing

It was very easy to use. Unfortunately health insurance, and when connected to stocks became very slow and kept crashing. It was only 30 MB of data, but it pushed this years turbo tax to the limit. I hope to see this improved for next year.
What's great about it: Very Easy To Use
What's not so great: Very slow and kept crashing when linked to betterment

Not working well on IMac

This program did not seem to work well with IMac--it seemed really unstable and jumped to different forms--I was not completely satisfied as I have been in former years

TurboTax for Sure

Amazing application. Using TurboTax is the only way to stay sane at tax time. Much better, faster, cheaper than live tax preparers.
What's great about it: Fast, Accurate, Intuitive
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

2015 Tax Year Filing

Long Term Turbo Tax user so I have become acquainted with the nuances. If you find it difficult to use try again for a few years as it is better than going to see a paid tax professional and the upfront work is the same. Used a professional for a few years and they did not provide significant added value to my circumstances and I was uncertain who actually prepared the taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: No specific cons

Please Xfer or call out 8606 information

I'm doing my mom's taxes and my dad made non-deductible contributions to his IRA in past years and filed form 8606 since that point. I used TT last year for the first time to do my mom's taxes and submitted the required 8606 form.
This year, when I did my mom's taxes again on TT, all the expected info was transferred, but I had forgotten about the 8606 last year. TT did ask if non-deductible contributions had been made and I said no (because I had forgotten about it). After realizing my mistake (which was in the govt's favor), it would have been useful if TT had called my attention that I had filed 8606 the previous year and likely needed to carry that information forward.
What's great about it: Ease of use and question prompting
What's not so great: Automatic reference to previous year's 8606

Excellent product and support

I have been using Turbo tax past two year only and it seems I have been using for year. It is very easy step by step. Support team is excellent.
What's not so great: To get expert help from CPA I was on hold for 1.5 hrs compare to last year only 5-10 min.
