Great Again

I have been using this software for years. It has always been very effective and reasonably priced. This year was a perfect experience. Just great.
What's great about it: Easy, clear directions, fast
What's not so great: None in my experience
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

detailed and complete

My tax return is amazingly detailed. It took 28 pages of forms and worksheets to figure my Federal Taxes. Turbo Tax did it all. I just couldn't have done this on my own.
What's great about it: Ease of completing
What's not so great: state electronic was not included

Awesome value!

This software was affordable, easy to use and the step-by-step process instilled me with confidence. The only criticisms I can offer are 1. The lack of a list of recommended documents I needed before I began my first TurboTax experience (I had to spend a little more time than I thought digging through old tax returns); in the end this was only a minor annoyance. 2. There was an extra fee to e-file my state return.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Wasn't sure which documents I needed to begin. State e-file cost extra.

Loved My Refund Rocked my World

Hated the chore of entering wages and deductions info for 2015 when in past it was transferred from the previous return. Sales tax deduction did not present itself initially I had to dig around to find it. Otherwise, I liked the simplicity of use and easy format for entering info. I subscribe to the automatic delivery of Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Can not file my taxes without Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Entering my info on wages and deductions not transferred from my previous year's returnn

I am a very satisfied, long-term Turbo Tax user. I can't imagine an easier way to satisfy all of my tax requirements.

Great experience except for a couple glitches

Great product, but had two problems.
1. Entered name of a charity wrong, didn't notice until had entered all my info. Could not correct error, had to delete everything, go back to beginning, and re-enter everything.
2. Filled in form for City of Portland (OR) Arts Tax. But program insisted that I fill-in a line on the Change of Address schedule even though I have not changed my address.
