Excellent. We have been using Turbo tax for about 3 years now and and each year is a learning process. Being able to go through the process first had with turbo tax gives us confidence in filing
What's great about it: Detailed overview/review of the process of filing our taxes
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Nailed the returns

The product was thorough and sought out all possible tax advice. The step-by-step guidance was helpful in covering everything needed on the return.
What's great about it: Turbotax gave me good tax savings tips that led to money savings on taxes

The good. the bad, and the ugly

For MA taxes, the interest exemption, told to click on 'special handling', but not told where to find 'special handling'. It is not on the screen where the instruction exists.
I wish Turbo Tax were easier to install with less steps- I counted 18. Also that there were a step by step instruction set that came with the disk.
What's great about it: transfer of last year's info as starting point, & for comparison
What's not so great: answer to questions not helpful

Best Tax Program

I have used both Tax Cut and TT and TT is much better.
What's great about it: Easy to use - covers all the bases
What's not so great: Can be tough to see where calculations are done

Seemed a little cumbersome this year.
What's not so great: Errors in the review section did not have a link to go to the appropriate page for correction. IE school district number

I am receiving a death benefit annuity that is not from a pension plan. This was an insurance product. The program insisted that I answer the RMD question. It wouldn't apply since this not form a pension plan.
What's great about it: Automatic loading of last years information
What's not so great: Kept telling me to itemize

Been using Turbo Tax for years and the 2015 Tax year Premier edition seemed to be easier to use than previous years. Thank you Turbo Tax for the improvements over the years.
