Good Product

This is the third year I have had kids and each year the program does not describe why I am inedidigble to deduct some/all of my childcare. I know there is a law for it and the computer ask for the value... but then after the value is stated I was not able to use it.. Would have been better if it just said, not elidgible and why.
Other than that I have enjoyed the program over the past 8 years. Keep it up!
What's great about it: Easy walk through
What's not so great: No explaination of rules of why childcare not deductible

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Makes this necessary task very easy-almost enjoyable.
What's great about it: Very thorough and user friendly. Trustworthy.

Format changed this year which did not enhance the navigation process i felt last years was better.
What's great about it: e file sure makes filing much easier.
What's not so great: Found saving files and printing confusing. Occurs in multiple locations when filing return

I've tried several other tax programs over the years but none is as easy and problem free as TurboTax.

As a long time user, I find TurboTax to be easy to use and thorough in its coverage of topics with ready references to additional information. The printing, saving and e-filing processes are also a snap. I don't know why anyone fills out paper forms anymore!
My only complaint was the product restructuring last year that forced me to buy up to the Premium version because I have ordinary stocks, bonds, and mutual fund (Sched D) transactions.
What's great about it: Efficient
