I like the way TurboTax steps you through the entire process. I have used it for many years, and I find it quite easy and accurate. I plan to stick with TurboTax.
What's great about it: I like the way it compares this year to the previous year.
What's not so great: None.

Easy Process

What's great about it: The Q&A's are a great way to complete the tax process. I only had to go to help and or on line twice.
What's not so great: I don't like the request for extra money to file State Tax and audit protect. Just sale it that way up front.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

$Easy Peasy

I complete taxes for my mom, brother, and daughter as well as my own. It is almost fun to so the pop up let me know if there is a refund... not so fun when it shows tax due. Turbo Tax certainly makes the process painless.
What's great about it: So easy to use!
What's not so great: A lot of things I didn't need.

Easy and Complete

As complex as the federal tax laws are, and as frequently as they change, doing your own taxes and filing a paper copy is almost impossible nowadays unless you literally have no deductions and therefore use the standard deduction. Also, the tax law for capital gains is particularly complex and long, so using Turbo Tax makes all this a simple matter of entering data and then letting the program calculate the results. This is a long process, not because the program is hard to use but because the tax law is so complex. The program is very straight forward and easy to use so I would highly recommend it to any and everyone.
What's great about it: Thorough and Easy to Understand
What's not so great: Long process due to complexity of federal tax code

This is a very good product and I am comfortable knowing that it has identified all the potential deductions, credits, etc. that might apply. I just did this years return in about 2 hrs... would have been quicker but I am very careful and went through everything a couple times to be sure.
What's great about it: Easy, Simple, and keeps record of previous year for comparison
What's not so great: can't think of any

Another flawless return....

I can't even remember how many years we've used TurboTax.
It's easy to install, easy to use, and easy to file.
It makes suggestions, and offers help if you need it.
It found last years file, and imported the data, and away we go.....
I hope TurboTax realizes my "con" is a joke. I just can't think of anything wrong.
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: I have to double click an icon to start
