Tedious

Since my resident alien spouse surrendered her Canadian RSSP accounts, and had taxes paid, obtaining the credit was very difficult in TurboTax. However, the two expert tax assistants were very patient and worked the answer through with me. They were very good and considerate.

Very Easy

I have always been a fan of turbo tax; and nothing has changed my opinion.
What's great about it: easy to understand, question answered quickly, helpful hints, very helpful
What's not so great: The amount time it takes to get your return; still way faster than paper and mail.

Great product!

Easy and comprehensive when you are well prepared. Had to manually enter stock and option trades. Had the option of mailing them to the IRS, but that seemed to be a good way to delay refunds.
What's great about it: comprehensive
What's not so great: My broker wasn't supported
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

I had a difficult time reording donations in Its' Deductable and even more difficulty logging in and out of the account. very very cumbersome
What's great about it: the organization of the process is very intuitive
What's not so great: had a difficult time with It's Deductable
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I still do not like the printed forms process. I want to check each entree but it is not easy since information is repeated so often. I would just like an entree sheet that shows everything entered and makes it easy to double check that the information I entered was correctly done.
I like the way last years information is used to start the next years tax.
What's not so great: Healthcare Entry Sheet did not update correctly from the interview process. I checked mine in "forms" and corrected it.
