Generally, I've been pleased over the years as it is easy to adjust inputs and have instant recalculation.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes I don't know where the answers to my questions are placed in the forms. 1095-oth??

Easy return

What's great about it: Importing data from last year's return and from broker, etc.. Turbo Tax did all the math without errors.
What's not so great: On a several trades that I had TT had them checked as personal stock options instead of option trades.

TURBO rep saved me hours

This is the 10th year I have used TURBO to complete my taxes. I have enjoyed the experience of working through the forms in most all cases. On occasion, there might be a stumble when answering a question posed by the form which was intended for a different situation. I had that experience for the 2015 taxes when I answered the question correctly for a 1099-R form but the S/W kept going in the wrong direction. A call to the rep straightened it out very quickly - I have to believe she heard the problem before. Otherwise - no problem and tons better than going through the forms by yourself
What's great about it: Really sharp rep on other end of phone line
What's not so great: software needs a patch in one area for 1099 data
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall Turbo Tax is very simple to use and they stand by their results. They have also improved their security this year to better protect their clients. What else could you want?. I would like the option to "screen print" any particular page for my records. E-File is also the best way for a secure and fast way to send to the IRS.
What's great about it: The qquestions are orderly, in good sequence, easy to understand.
What's not so great: Needs a good "print screen" option for more tricky pages..
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to Use

Once I had all my info it was very easy to do the return. There were some aspects of my return that were a bit tedious, but that is just the nature of the beast.
What's great about it: This years version was very easy to use

Easy Annual Transfer

Easy to use application, accurate transfer of previous information and great simple reviews of any topic that needs further review. Have used Turbo Tax many years and it gets easier and more efficient to use every year.
What's great about it: Great transfer of information from previous year. Also easy in and out of new info

TurboTax beats other tax prep methods for greatest

The best way to get the largest refund. This was tested and proven by our local TV station. They compared one family's experiences using TurboTax, a store-front tax preparer, and a CPA. TurboTax resulted with the largest refund by far!!!
What's great about it: Very detailed questions and quick access to help.
What's not so great: None...just wish I didn't have to do taxes at all....
