Although PNC Investments could be imported, PNC Wealth Management could not.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step.
What's not so great: Not all payees can be imported.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used TurboTax for 20 years now, and it seems to get easier each year. I'm already planning on using it next year!
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: none, other than having to do taxes

Through the years since 2002

My TurboTax history started before 2002, but my records only go back that far. Always used Deluxe Version until TT changed and required me to upgrade to Premier in order to computer investments. Negative feelings about that. I am older and I use a desktop computer. I don't believe that tablets, phones and wi-fi are where my financial records should be kept. However, TT has changed formats to comply with this (less secure) type of program - even encouraging mobile apps for taxes!! I don't like this change in screen format. I also do not like how SMALL the printed HELP menus open with no option to enlarge print. This requires me to struggle to read additional instructions or IRS publications. I have also learned that Turbo Tax (Intuit) and Quicken are parting. This will impact my future with Intuit. I have always utilized Quicken in association with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Carry over from prior years
What's not so great: No longer supporting XP for future
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I did this intimating process all by myself. Using the checklist to get prepared, I was able to sail through it without too much strife!
What's great about it: Good experience

Only error was 'too many characters' in either street address or name of Partnership. I still don't know why or where the problem was, but if too many spaces were used TurboTax could have limited at the time of input. Also the lines (i.e. Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4,Z5) could be much easier to understand.
What's great about it: Very good guiding through
What's not so great: K-1's are still tricky and could be much better
