It gets a little easier each time

Let me start by saying that each time I've had to contact customer support, it has been excellent! I have to admit that being active duty military usually leads to people being exceptionally helpful and caring, but I hope it doesn't stop with us.
I have used TurboTax for several years because I like the step-by-step approach the software uses to help walk you through all the scenarios pertinent to your tax situation. It may be exhausting and time consuming, but I've never felt that my situation wasn't being covered, and as I've used the software more, I've gotten more comfortable navigating the different menus, more confident in my ability to self-prepare, and quicker at completing my returns.
I have been fortunate to be able to use the most extensive edition of the software for very minimal cost so I am naturally biased, but having used the software repeatedly, I have been pleased with the experience.

What's great about it: Interview process is very thorough
What's not so great: It can seem a little overwhelming even for the experienced

Suprised Myself!

I really like how the program gave me the option to go on my own or walk me step by step through all the individual entries. It really helped me get the most out of my return. Thanks for making it easier than I ever imagined!
What's great about it: Not as difficult as I anticipated!
What's not so great: I need to keep better track of my stuff!

Taxs made simple

I like Turbor TAX it seems to be getting easier and faster the more years I use it..
What's great about it: Made filing easy

Excellent product. I use Turbo Tax every year. Never had any problems and confident my returns are accurate.
What's great about it: Just follow the guide and it's a snap.

I had already purchase software but it wanted me to purchase another level of software I thought I was using.
What's not so great: Once I was logged into my account it allowed me to start an return but it then told me I had to purchase the software.
