There is a Turbo tax problem when updating dividends from existing entries transferred from last year. It created a new entry instead of using the existing entry. I had to reenter the payer's name in the new entry, and deleted the existed entry afterward.

poor maneuverability

Once I was in the final steps of the process andafter the review, it was difficult to back into the program to make a change. The program was more interested in my paying to electronically file my state return and to pay for another state return.
What's not so great: Hard to maneuver at end of process

Preferred earlier versions - easier to follow Too many item "deep" inside the software that you have to get help to find - should be more intuitive......
What's great about it: Downloads are convienent
What's not so great: Tough to find some items - treating the sale of part of an inherited house

State option needed

This program has a problem. On one page it says, "we don't think you need the state forms printed out." then 3 pages later it asks again to print out the state info. Dumb!
What's great about it: Import previous year info
What's not so great: Does not understand a differnt person in different state

Turbo Tax helps me drill down to what I need to enter, and provides the ability for me to learn more if I want through help links. The best part is pulling in information from my prior year tax returns, no looking it up by hand!
What's great about it: Easy walk through, pulls in prior year info, simple state returns

I have been using the TurboTax for more than 14 years and I can see the transformation and improvements around user experience. it's so easy and relevant. Takes the tension and stress out of tax filing.. Thank YOU TurboTax you are simply awesome..
