Still the easiest tax software

Waited four days for a response to a question regarding a malfunctioning form. Finally gave up.
What's great about it: Interview process is thorough
What's not so great: Help response hit or miss. A miss in my case.

Trouble with amended return

After I amended my return (I got a K-1 after I filed) the software took me to the review. During that review it noted 4 things that needed to be fixed prior to moving on. Unfortunately it only address 2 items(that i corrected). When i continued to ask it to review it continued to tell me there were 2 things that need to be addressed but it would never go to them. It just went back to the "do you need to review again". I did this a half dozen times and finally moved on without addressing what ever issues it said were a problem. I review the amended return several times but didn't find a problem. Please look at the amended return issue related to K-1's
What's great about it: amending the return was easy
What's not so great: Had trouble with the review

Went to use turbo tax payments, froze my account, locked me out, bounced me around and still not sure if I payed my bill. have used Turbo Tax last ten plus years no problem. Someone Fixed this years program reall good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need directions on how the adjust the cost basis when MLP is sold.
What's great about it: Easy to enter from the K-1 if you do not sell MLP
What's not so great: No good directions if you have sold MLP

Love TurboTax Premier

I have used TurboTax for many years for myself, children and parents. I have always been happy with the ease of use, informative help screens and thought probing questions. Keep up the good work!

Transporting information

Never did figure out what happened to my basic info. i.e. name, address, etc. from the previous year. Needed to re-enter the info. this year. Otherwise works great.

TAXES 2015

It took me just 3 hours to do my taxes front to back and I have rental property and I sold property. This is amazing and quick! Love it and will use it again!
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to follow, accurate and quick!
What's not so great: NONE

I found it easy to use, but the fact that It's Deductible would not save my entries and I had to copy the information and enter it manually makes it questionable if I will use Turbo Tax again. Also the fact that I have to buy the Premium Edition to use for the few very simple stock transactions I have each year when I didn't have to up until last year also makes future purchase unattractive.
What's great about it: Very nice user interface
What's not so great: It's Deductible did not work
