Helpful in filing taxes

I have used Turbo TAx for several years and have confidence in the quality and accuracy of your product. Step by step approach is great, I do not import data, and easy to follow. As your commercials say this is not rocket science. That is until tie IRS comes knocking, then my confidence will be tested more directly!
What's great about it: Have used for years, have confidence in the product, easy step by step preparation of taxes
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to qusetions

Turbotax for 2015

Areas for improvement:
Better prompts and better explanations on the taxation of:
1. Stock received as part of employer stock plans
2. NYS 529 deductions for tuition, room and board and other expenses.
What's great about it: Still amazingly comprehensive
What's not so great: Could use better, more thorough prompting and explanation of the more complicated sections

Product gets better every year!

I have been using this product for many many years and it improves every year. My return is far from simple, but TurboTax makes it a breeze. I highly recommend this product. Why anyone would pay someone to do their taxes is beyond me!
What's great about it: Easy, quick, even with complicated issues.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Stress Relief

Once we received all the information needed to file (which seems to arrive later each year) TurboTax took all the stress out of filing. The program is very thorough and helps you find expenses you might not necessarily think of when itemizing deductions. Every year I dread filing income tax, and every year TurboTax makes it much less stressful than my imagination projects.
What's great about it: All the work was done with simple direct questions.
What's not so great: It was not super easy to bring up an individual form for review.
