It does all I need it to do. Downloads all the complex information from my financial institution and places it where it belongs. Very pleased with product. Long time user.

Makes it easy

Turbo is very proactive & finds all legal ways to get maximum
refund.I used to do taxes on the side without Turbo Tax..I'm now retired and still do my own taxes & few family members & friends.This product makes it so much easier.

Input straight forward. Have been using TurboTax for years. But, this year encountered a suffix error in name. Very frustrating problem: Turbo wanted me to fix in Fed portion of input. I tried several (4) different ways to fix. NONE worked. Finally gave up in frustration. Fed taxes were fine and efiled. Then, snail mailed the state.
What's great about it: Straight forward input
What's not so great: Encountered name suffix error so had to snail mail State;Fed was fine & efiled.
