not as good as used to be

probably the worst edition of turbo tax ever in years previous
we did our taxes last year in 2 to 6 hours,
this year 1 and 1/2 days
because of the calculating loop thanks for letting us know up front about your little problem

Not too Bad

Overall, I am satisfied. However, sometimes, some of the questions provide help that still leaves you wondering if you entered the correct information.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes not enough info to steer you correctly - may leave you with doubts

Met my expectations.
I am a paid part time tax preparer at a national tax preparation company with 12 years experience.
What's not so great: Problem with IRA calculation (hung up)- had to reboot program to continue

Fast and easy

Fast, easy to understand. Saves me a lot of time. The next thing I know is I'm done. No worries.
What's great about it: Simple understandable walkthroughs
What's not so great: Initial loading is slow or it doesn't automatically restart after updates.

State Return

The first page that has the file by mail instructions for payment by check to the state is not exactly the same instructions that are on the page containing the payment voucher.
What's great about it: transfer of information from federal return

Easy as usual

This is my 11th year of using TurboTax and each year it has gotten easier and better. I can easily check the underlying tax forms at any time during the process. The questions are easy to follow and understand. Bringing in last year's tax information to compare helps me make sure I am completing everything correctly.
What's great about it: Easy to use; cheaper than going to a tax professional
