First time in 16 years, I ran into issues with TT

I had been using TurboTax Desktop product for 16 years. First time, I felt that it troubled me little bit this year. 1. Couple of times, it showed calculating and never returned on my MacBook Pro. I had to kill the process after waiting for couple of minutes. 2. I could not delete other income after added it. I had abandon and start all over. Forum had an answer that worked for nobody. There were hundreds of thumbs-down.
What's great about it: I love it

Very disappointed in Turbo Tax

I have used TT for many years with ease but this years version was the hardest to use.
For one thing it took an exorbitant amount of time to figure out how to make corrections, for instance in the rental home sales part (Royalties).
I have Microsoft Office 2013 and tried to print out my return like I have done in the past and this years version of TT was not compatible with Word 2013 so the print out format was very different and hard to read.
I will be changing Tax software next year.
But thanks for the last few years.

No ability to plan for next year using current year as a starting point - would like you to add a planning feature that is quick so I can better plan my next year estimated taxes
What's great about it: Liked ability to either walk through our quickly go to specific section

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I found your product very easy to use. I love that it downloads info from previous year. It is also great that you can download info from banks, etc.

I have used TurboTax for several years, and find it handles all my tax situations easily and accurately. Occasionally, I find an explanation of an item to be vague, but the program lets me easily play "what if" to sort out what I need to do. I love the way it pulls up prior year information to help speed things up. That allowed me to complete this year's taxes in record time!
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Good Support, Excellent Value

For the sixth year in a row, allows me to file my personal taxes and make sure I get a level of confidence on how accurate the returns are.
Wish the software had more "international laws" for people who inherit property abroad and need to know what to report and how to report.
