EASY RETURN FILING

Good product. Been using for past several years.
Recent pricing has gone up significantly.
Could be better help with Roth conversion portion of the tax return. Overall a very good product to use.

What's great about it: Easy guided filing as you progress thru every section
What's not so great: Program seemed to get stuck in "calculating" mode and had to go back and restart a few times from where left off.

It is a pretty fast process. Easy to find information and questions answered.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step process. All questions answered.
What's not so great: Repeating the same checklist. Made me think I missed something I had just answered.

I have been using turbotax for years and it is just so simple.
What's great about it: This is so easy, download last year's and make a few additions and voila!
What's not so great: Some forms stay with you unless you delete...check the final product.

Pretty easy to follow

After following the "step by steps", still had entries to make directly on forms. Also, I found the education credits / deductions entries confusing.

We have used turbo tax fo 6 years now with favorable results most of the time. We will continue to use turbo tax in the future.

Fantastic filing experience...again!

This year's return experience was just like last year's -- easy, fast and accurate.
The system offered to go through every entry was seamless and seemed to go even more quickly than in previous years. TurboTax is one of the most reliable and easy products I can think of out there, and the fact that it simplifies such a complicated process makes it a great value all around
