Makes Doing My Taxes Simple- Year After Year !

I have been using TurboTax products for over 15 years, both for my personal & corporate tax returns. Always fast and simple to use, even though I have investments and income properties. I highly recommend your product. 10 Stars !
What's great about it: Easy to use, even with complicated investments and income properties.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.!

Worked better last year

When I clicked on blue underlines to get more info about something, I would get the answer, but then it would take me out of the tax program completely, rather than back to where I had been when I clicked for more info. I usually use Turbo Tax and this has not happened in previous years. Still, it makes the taxes a lot easier and faster to do.
What's great about it: guides me through all the steps
What's not so great: routing glitch was very irritating
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

"Simply the Best!"

I really like the side-by-side comparison to last years return. I also like the "what if" possibilities . . . what if I did not have a mortgage? It shows me what the taxes would be.
Like I said above, I miss the short video help-presentations. I think that stopped a couple years ago. Consider brining it back!
What's great about it: I think I have been using TurboTax for 10 years! NEVER had a problem (period).
What's not so great: I am getting older . . takes me longer/Not a TurboTax problem! I miss the short video help-presentations.

Not bad!

Doing my taxes is something I'm not particularly fond of, but Turbo Tax is easy to use and makes the process as painless as possible. Having used Turbo Tax in prior years, the features that retain previous year's entries make using Turbo Tax even easier. It's especially helpful to be able to compare the previous year's entries at a glance.
What's great about it: As always, Turbo Tax was easy to use and took little time to complete.

Good tax prep.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and I love it. Even though I had a little trouble with it this year, (first time ever) I would still use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very user friendly. Excellent questions. Easy to understand.
What's not so great: When I entered all my information it went into a continuing loop. Very frustrating.

Could be better

The program makes you come up with some things that it should pull from other parts of the program. You end up having to find it and input it. I made a correction in one area and the program didn't make the calculation changes. I had to find it and correct it. The idea is the program should be doing this.

Fast, Efiicient - but...

TurboTax has an update almost every day, which is frustrating, but after installing the patch, TurboTax tells you it needs to RESTART itself. Click the OK button, and the system closes TurboTax, but if you are waiting for it to actually RESTART, you will be waiting forever. Change the prompt or actually have your software open itself back up...
What's great about it: Fast and efficient, relatively low cost
What's not so great: long time to load, always an update, won't restart
