Great product.
Need to work bugs out when people want to pay to efile.
What's great about it: Automatic filling in of forms directly from your broker account.
What's not so great: Logging into Intuit account when trying to pay to efile taxes fails

Very satisfied.
What's great about it: easy to follow. Makes taxes managable without an accountant
What's not so great: helps sometimes are confusing but then the IRS rules are confusing
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

2015 Easy

Initially listed some Form 8949 in the incorrect box ( B,E). Fortunately, there was an amended 1099 sent by the bank. Even then it was lucky I caught the error. Would have liked it if the transactions would have been reordered, but it was fine.
I wish other programs worked as well.
What's great about it: This year the filing seems much easier than last, but why is not clear.

Some difficulties
on March 26, 2016

I worked through the questionnaire one item at a time, generally without difficulty. I did encounter problems entering 1099-DIV and 1099-B information because TurboTax favors automatic data download from the investment company over manual data entry. I was not alone in asking whether to enter the investment company name or the mutual fund name in the initial Description form. That needs clarification; also, it would be useful to the user if TurboTax allowed a break-out of individual funds managed by the same company. I had most difficulty with Business income and expenses. Form 1040 asks if I took an active role in my business, but TurboTax does not let me answer. I have depreciation expense from previous years, but am not allowed to show that the hardware in question was removed from service. Likewise, it is not clear what counts as expenses and what may be depreciated over a lifetime. Another difficulty was the final check of the return. Instructions on the 1040 say to summarize or total quantities from a long list, but TurboTax doesn't make that easier. Also, the point of data entry is not clear. Finally, during final review there is no option to go back if you suddenly realize you've made a mistake. In sum, easy in the big things, and fast, but not always as helpful as I would like.
What's great about it: It was generally easy to answer questions and give useful answers.
What's not so great: Difficulties with viewing business income/expenses and with entering data on 1040 electronic form directly
Pros: I bought or sold investments
