Great Refund

Have been using TurboTax for years and have always been accurate and completely satisfied with the results. Even times when I owed taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use with good instructions..
What's not so great: Wish I could have paid old back taxes directly with refund.

CALCULATIONS

HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PROGRAM GETTING HUNG UP IN CALCULATING AND HAVING TO RESTART THE PROGRAM IT ALWAYS WENT TO WHERE I FINISHED BUT DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES.
What's great about it: PRETTY EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
What's not so great: LIKE THE UDATES TO TAXES OWED AS IN THE PAST

Quick and Painless

Great program. I use TurboTax every year to do both federal and state taxes. Short simple explanations with good programing makes doing taxes much easier.
What's great about it: Simplifies a complicated tax code and provides good information on most topics.
What's not so great: Some topics under deductions and credits still leave some question on exactly what each is.

What's great about it: Easy to use and "Forms" allows you to see specific forms
What's not so great: Turbotax kept locking up. Had to quite (Forced Close) then state again

Another Successful Year!

Every year, TurboTax seems to get easier and faster to use. Completed my return in record time this year, but some of that comes from familiarity. Have not used a competing program for many years and now a convert. Also, comforted by new procedures to combat identity theft.
Am a bit confused by multiple copies of pdf files that are differentiated by the number of tildes. Had a moment of panic when the program couldn't locate my working data after I deleted the older pdf versions. Restoring the deleted files cured the problem, but now don't know how to eliminate all but final pdf of filed returns.
What's great about it: Very thorough and user-friendly
What's not so great: Could only access pdf copy through the program.

Seems Much Improved

When I tried to edit dividend payor information that carried over from the last year, the payor information was blank. I had to re-enter all the payors as if all were new this year and had to delete all that carried over from last year.
What's not so great: Only One Glitch

Only way to go!

Been using TurboTax for over 25 years. Have never had a problem, easy to use, and allows individual to massage numbers when it is appropriate. Great product.
What's great about it: Import data, brings up last year's stuff for edit, easy step allows individual selection of what to work on
What's not so great: Cost too much

great product. Would hate to go back to filing by hand using forms and instruction books.
