Overall, a good program that is fairly simple to use. Seemed to be an improvement over last year in terms of ease of use. However, the program froze several times when tabbing to next page. Required closing out and relaunching program.
What's great about it: Gets the job done
What's not so great: freezes

Know your money

I have always done my own taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax since for many many years. A few times at the end the software kept "calculating" so after looking for software updates, I just ended up restarting the program at that seemed to solve the problem. Also a few times as I was working on ie. the health care part and I wanted to see the form when I tried do switch to that part it just went to the beginning of the 1040 form. So it just got frustrating that I couldn't toggle back and forth as in previous years. Overall though one can't beat doing there own taxes. I make an excel spread sheet of all my expenses which takes quite a bit of time but for my own sake it allows me to go back in detail to everything related to my taxes, than I can easily put in the numbers. A dew time also, maybe it is not necessary, but TurboTax Premier didn't want dates for cash contributions. Perhaps for cash in large donations they do.
All in all its still a great program

I really like it when it tells me that amounts I am trying to deduct do not meet what is required to make it worth it. Can save me time in the future

More import data options

Would like more e-import data options: Banks, Investment firms, Medical Insurance Records, Medical Bills, Vision Bills, Automobile registration information, Chartible contribution organizations, etc.
What's great about it: All worked well.
What's not so great: Would like to see more e-import options.

The process of doing our taxes with Turbo Tax is simple, but I would like to have a phone contact number for questions I have.
What's great about it: Simply answer the questions and fill in the information
