No better way to complete ones tax return

I have used TurboTax to complete and file my federal and state returns for more than 14 years. The software makes it as easy as possible to complete your return by carrying forward all the information from last year's return including names, address, amount of the previous year's tax refund, names of groups getting donations, etc.
What's great about it: Carry forward of all infomation from last year's return
What's not so great: Removing my response to already asked questions
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Always the best

I have been a turbo tax user for more than 10 years and have never had a problem. The program is easy to use. I recommend to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work. Thank you for being so reliable!

Software degradation - not as good as before

Did the job, but with software bugs

I have been a loyal & satisfied Turbo Tax user for over 15 years, but was disappointed to see Turbo Tax fail on me various times due to software bugs. Frequently, it would stall with a message saying "computing". In these instances, I would save the file & initiate a forced "quit" of the program. Very annoying! Considering the cost of the product has risen significantly over the last few years, I would expect a flawless product.
What's great about it: Easy to use & familiar guide/questions from past versions
What's not so great: First year to experience "computing" loop bug various times
