User Friendly Filing Experience

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I like being able to do my taxes at my own pace from my home computer and take breaks as necessary. (and there are quite a few necessary). I also like being able to have the flexibility to look for supporting evidence of my deductions without having to pre-plan to take all those documents to a tax preparer, because if you forget something...well you know.
What's great about it: Step by Step Walk-thru and explanations
What's not so great: I can't think of any

Have been using for 20 years. Would never think of doing my taxes without it! Well worth the modest expense.

A Great Program for tax professionals

The Turbotax Premier Program is relatively expensive and still hard to use, but it is better than last year. I may need to take my taxes to an accountant next year, because I am getting too old to fight Turbo Tax.
The main problem is that the Program will not let me go back when I realize (too late) that I misunderstood a question and am working on information that is not relevant. I can usually tell after I get into a new form if it is something that I need to fill out. The problem is that I get tired and don't always understand what a question is about until I answer a question or two or three. But the Program will not let me go back and change things when I make an error. So Turbotax is great for Tax Professionals who understand what each question is about and can see problems before they get into trouble, but it can be a nightmare for an average guy who only really understands what happened after the return is finished.

would like to see the printing procedure simplified / push print for what we need to send . and then print not pull up print preview. then print for your records all needed. not preview. current way seems unclear when to print

Easy filing process

Simple, intuitive and plain language process for filing taxes. Easy to use - very low learning curve.
What's great about it: Intuitive, simple, plain language
What's not so great: A few pages lacked "back" option so one had to go to end of process to start over again
