Great experience

My husband always did our tax returns. Last year, he walked me through it and that was fine. A friend recommended Turbo Tax for this year and it was very easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear explanations, step by step help

Still the Best!

Each year the improvements keep the software the best in the marketplace! Keep it up TurboTax!!
What's great about it: Walks you through the entire process!
What's not so great: None so far, after 11 years.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes Made Easy

My return was fairly simple, but still Turbo Tax made it easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use; data imports very helpful; treatment of royalties finally easy
What's not so great: No free state filing

Better explaination of the error. For example-- The error reported was an incorrect zip code. The real problem was the state and zip code did not match.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Errors are hard to correct

Multi-State filling

I can not get Sch E, Part 1, Phy address details to print.
It appears pulling fwd last year's data destroys the ability to go back to last year and do an amended return if required in the future.
How do you go back to your return input pages after looking at the software's "Input FORMS" data?
What's not so great: Sch E, Part1 details; Prior Yr data, Returning from"Tax Forms"

Again an excellent experience doing my taxes. Only struggle and panic was the stock sale terminology; wanted to bail and get an accountant but I struggled through it.

Taxes done easy

I have used Turbo Tax now for +20 years and I wouldn't even consider using another tax preparation software. It works and is easy to use.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax just works and you don't have to be a tax expert
What's not so great: nothing
