Good Experience

The fact that it imports your investments AND your information from the previous year, is a life saver.
What's great about it: Option of either walking through the taxes step-by-step or going directly to the form.
What's not so great: better help menus

2015 Turbo Tax Review

I was pleased again with the assistance Turbo Tax gave me this year. i do not have the most complex tax issues, but I do have quite a number of unusual issues.
I was only disappointed in the lack of clarity regarding possible estimated taxes I may owe due to the fact myself and my wife will begin drawing social security and other retirement funds this year and questioned how that will affect us for next year's taxes. I couldn't get a clear answer to my questions.

What's great about it: Fast and Easy - Instructions are usually clear and concise
What's not so great: Doesn't seem to provide help as well as in prior years.

great experience

The only gripe I have is the process for connecting with financial institutions is not explained well. I suspect this may be due to the needs of the financial folk. Perhaps you could do the world a favor by getting them to talk to each other and convincing them to develop similar procedures-one size fits all.
What's great about it: The step by step walk through keeps me coming back.
What's not so great: The process for connecting with financial institutions is a bit obscure.

Missing some items

The upgrade from Premier wouldn't do my personal returns.
The print return section says "Hmmmm..." Saved to PDF file and was finally able to print return.
What's not so great: Couldn't do my LLC return on Premier. Couldn't print return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

If you can read you can Turbo your taxes

Turbo Tax has worked for me for about seven years. They have eliminated any problems I've had in previous years.

Other than the above con, the product has improved.
What's great about it: Good migration between forms and generally easy to use
What's not so great: The initial step to get started with the previous years form was not clearly annotated.

What's great about it: Easy as one, two, three....Done !!!
What's not so great: Can't write them out like the old days !!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
