Disappointed with Cost

Went to competitor last year over forms issue and came back this year. Will go back to competitor for good next year due to cost.
What's great about it: Ease of use and consistent year over year
What's not so great: Cost of State e-file on top of Federal Package Cost

I think that one state return should be included in the price of the federal return.
What's great about it: Easy to do
What's not so great: State is not included for free

Even better than ever

The best yet. Liked that even more financial institution download partners are included this year. For the most part, these entrys ended up on the correct forms. However, it treated my K-1 partner income as a capital sale, (and listed my capital sale of the K-1 stock on broker's form). The two state returns seemed improved from previous years, with less manual entry and overrides. The line by line help is somewhat improved, although, it is sometimes still easier and quicker to use Google Search.
What's great about it: transfer from last year, download from financial institutions, states
What's not so great: did not handle K-1 partner income correctly

Just fine. I'll have to go back and see where my State form is? Or whether it's required this year? MO.

Helped Alot

Improvements should be made in completing Form 2210 -- previously entered calendarized data should be automatically transferred into Form 2210, minimizing re-entry.
State version (Ohio) should include more instructions & explanations.
What's great about it: Much faster than doing with pencil & paper. Much cheaper than hiring someone to do it.
What's not so great: State version didn't have enough explanations/instructions. Federal version didn't xfer everything into Form 2210.

Quick But Thorough

I have used TurboTax for several years and find it to be a solid, comprehensive program that covers all the tax situations I encounter. I have used the Premier version the last couple of years due to special tax situations and have found it very easy to use yet very comprehensive.
I would recommend it.
What's great about it: Comprehensive review, easy to follow
What's not so great: Difficulty connecting with past records

Error message regarding Efile

I had to manually update the 2015 turbotax software. The information of why this was necessary was not found on your help pages. I needed to sift through several pages of a google search to find this information. I received an error message that I could not Efile until the software was updated. I tried several times and methods to do this on line. All Failed with the same message when trying to Efile but the software reported it was up to date.
What's not so great: updating software showed that it was the latest but Efile would not work
