Worst experience I've ever had with turbotax

Worst experience I've ever had with turbo tax and I am a long time user. Would not e-file a state return because I had a zero entry on Form 4835. I had already paid to e-file my return via a charge to my credit card. How do I get a refund? This may be the last time I use Turbo Tax. I have been willing to pay a higher price for Turbo Tax due to its ease of use and reliability. I no longer consider it easy to use or reliable after my latest experience. I used the Premier version.
What's not so great: Would not e-file my state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Cost increase is my primary concern.
What's great about it: No significant changes from prior years - no new learning curve
What's not so great: Significant price increase from last year; may reconsider my choice next year

Keeps getting better

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It constantly is making it easier to file my taxes. From spending and hours over many days of hair-pulling in my DIY days to sitting down in one evening completing, start to efile the whole deal. What a blessing!
What's great about it: Clear steps and guidance if needed
What's not so great: intuit did not figure out a way for someone else to pay my due taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 Tax Filing

I've used TurboTax for a number of years and intend to continue using it in the future.
What's great about it: TurboTax has definitely improved the downloading of investment data when it included the cost basis.
What's not so great: Please change the program so it recalculates after inputting the interest paid on real estate instead of after taxes.

Some Problems - Windows 10??

The Help instructions, for the most part, didn't work. When I reported items like "Help Links Don't Work" nothing is done to correct the error - makes it doubtful that there is anything accomplished by reporting TT errors
In the program I deleted two K-1s - guess what, when I reloaded the rogram the K-1s were still there - they had never been deleted even though I was told they had been.
It seems to me that more and more errors are appearing each year in the program.
What's great about it: Printing completed Returns
What's not so great: Additional Info Links don't work

Always loops

1. I've prepared 4 returns so far and each time, the program gets into a continuous loop before it will review the completed return. I can only resolve this by totally closing the TT program. It works fine when it's restarted.
2. The Print function is inefficient. If I want to select multiple ranges, I must do each separately.

4th year to use Turbo Tax

Had a previous Schedule C as part of my tax return. Business is suspended, but not closed. No income or expenses for 2015. Questions came up in the review process, that were irrelevant and could have been addressed earlier in the income section.
What's great about it: Detailed, per item, review
What's not so great: Some issues dealt with late in the review process

Coloradu State Taxes needs a review of the softwar

State took longer than Federal because I had to keep referring back to Federal as I went through State. I liked previous year's format much better. This year the whole program for both State and Federal took a lot of time. Stocks and investments are what a lot of Seniors rely on. I live in a community of over 1200 people all of whom have given up their homes and do not need that section as part of their return, yet when we purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe we pay for that useless software.
What's great about it: Had all the correct numbers
What's not so great: State Small size and short section of return was too short.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
