A little extra help?

When formats change, a little extra help alerting the user to upcoming new informational needs ( like drivers license no's and the like) would help. Also the language of the IRS pin entry is a bit vague. All the numbers get "sent" from the IRS, so where do the ones you request yourself go properly? Small quibbles but time consuming and needless anxiety provoking--especially since everything else goes so well one is not expecting to run into a difficulty at the last minute.
What's great about it: generally very easy entry format and instructions.
What's not so great: searching for where to enter some kinds of info

2014 Late Filing

Great product, started using a year ago, and will continue to not support lady iiberty or expensive TV commercial campaigns selling tax solutions. TurboTax is great!
What's great about it: Walks you through everything!
What's not so great: Hard to find a human.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and never had any issues. This year I could not get the program to update. I finally went to the internet and got a patch that would download the updates. Other wise it works well.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hard to get updates

Excellent as usual. Helped get through the new health care section easily. Like the upped security with additional info such as Driver's License for efiling.

Maybe it is just me. But it seems some features are not flexible.
For instance, my son was on scholarship, on Form 1098T,
Tuition 6k,(Box2), Scholarship 15k(Box 3) and Adj 9k(Box6)
the 9k was the amount returned back to school for process error.
Somehow the 15k was counted as his income and I could not get it fixed until I re-entered from the beginning from creating a new return.
For instance, my son was on scholarship, on Form 1098T,

I've used TT for a number of years and the annual improvement shows it to be a progressive company trying to make it easier for taxpayer. Big thumbs up!
What's great about it: easily followed and understandable
What's not so great: Need state efile included in price. Seems expensive or just a money maker

TurboTax Gets Better and Better

In general I am very pleased with the ease and capabilities of your latest version of TurboTax. At 79 years old, I'm surprised I can still do my own tax returns.
What's great about it: I was able to include a venture capital loss in the Premier version.
What's not so great: I had difficulty returning to a previous entry for correction; though it may have been my problem.
