TurboTax user since DOS...n'uff said?

Like I said above, I am a long time TTax user. It allows me (a non- math, non CPA, non accounting guy) to do my own taxes with the confidence of being correct and without fear of IRS audit so long as my information gathering is complete.
What's great about it: Could not possibly complete stock/bond sales w/o TTax
What's not so great: Needs a prominent SAVE button at top of every page

Better guidance on how to view the information entered is translated to the correct tax form. Also, please consider listing the donations imported from the prior years form in alphabetical order. When one restarts the program and clicks on the "continue" button, have the program start where it was when it was saved and exited.
What's great about it: The program leads one through the process
What's not so great: Not knowing how use all the features

99% good. Refund does not match overpayment amount, and I found no way to correct this!
What's great about it: works through quickly
What's not so great: cannot change refund amount

I'm one of the original TurboTax users.
What's great about it: no hicups, everything went smoothly
What's not so great: didn't transfer my county tax onto to my state tax

Friendly help

I realize Michigan complicated things a few years ago. Had to file amended for 2013 and 14 due to turbo calculation error. Thank goodness for your personnel that could walk be through an overwrite. This year I knew to look for the error. Still there. Had to get help to override again. They thought it was fixed. Fixed on primary person's data, but not on spouse's.
What's great about it: Friendly help; been using for years.
What's not so great: Can't believe you still haven't fixed Michigan changes.

It is a snap to go through the guided program with pertinent information. It gets better by the year.

What's great about it: Had trouble editing on rental property with royalty also
What's not so great: For the extra that we had tyo pay to upgrade in order to do rentals, It was no better
