For some reason, there was trouble downloading the 2015 software. This has not been an issue in previous years. It actually took several hours on the phone to get it resolved. The tech support person was excellent; very thorough and patient. I couldn't have done it without him!
I will continue to use TurboTax but will purchase a CD at the store next year to avoid the downloading problem.

What's great about it: Everything worked great, once I got it downloaded.
What's not so great: I had trouble downloading the return this year. This is the first time that has happened.

Best Tax Info

Great product but K-1 input could use work.
What's great about it: Walks me through so I don't forget something. Gives me info on tax changes.
What's not so great: Difficult to know where to put stuff from my K-1's into the "interview"

I sincerely appreciate Turbo Tax updating the program each time I worked on my taxes. I felt comfortable with all explanations, and I have decreasing dread each year submitting our tax return. It is a great way to save money, maximize refund potential, and learn the current tax codes.
What's great about it: Accurate, thorough, and informative. I enjoyed the time spent.
What's not so great: I have no cons...I have used Turbo Tax for years.

Can't Get Any Easier

TurboTax Premier is very easy to use. The import features especially for personal data (from previous year) and form 1099s from brokerage firms are worth the cost of the product in time saved. I've used TurboTax for 10 years now and would not think of using any other tax software. If you have a question, their call back support service is fantastic. The estimated wait time for the call back was easily within the time period they stated and the support was very helpful on the first attempt.
What's great about it: Easy to use & it prompts when something dosen't look right
What's not so great: Takes a while to go through all of the questions
Pros: I bought or sold investments
