What's great about it: picks up the changes/details in rules every year
What's not so great: price is getting too high & Schedule D is in Premier, no longer in Deluxe versions

Taxes made easy

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and takes all the confusion and guesswork out of filing taxes. Why would you want to pay an accountant or go to a tax filing office when you can sit in the comfort of your own home and file taxes at your own leisure?!
What's great about it: Makes tax filing extremely easy!!!
What's not so great: Having to file taxes.....

Easy and Effective

I very much enjoy doing my tax refund with turbo tax. It is quick, easy to use and efficient. I have yet to run into a problem with it.

I am retired accountant and always prepared my tax returns manually until a few years ago when my tax situation became more complicated and my knowledge of tax regulations became out of date. I use the Premier version of Turbo Tax and find it easy to use as it guides me through the process. Having the prior year's data side-by-side with the data being entered for the current year is very helpful and increases my level of confidence that I had entered all necessary data.
What's great about it: Guides you through the process

I put off using Turbo Tax for years thinking I wouldn't be able to do it. It is so easy. The program walks you through step by step. I am pretty sure most anybody could use this program.

Easy Peasy

I have been using TurboTax software for years. This is the best way to make an onerous task bearable. Each year I gather all my stuff, and then within an hour or so - voila! Thank you TurboTax. Another year - DONE!
What's great about it: The software walked me through everything! Even some complicated stuff.
What's not so great: I would like to be able to e-File my State Taxes when I print and mail my Fed taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
