I have used your product for many years. This was the easiest. Data from broker loaded without errors this year.

Good/Bad/ & Ugly

For the most part the use of Turbo Tax is pretty straight forward and easy to use. The areas I had problems with are:
1. Download of Broker Forms not loading properly.
2. The entry and handling of Div. Gov. Interest so it can be deducted on the State from.
3. The handling of a SS lump sum payment the spans multiple years my was from 2009 thru 2014.

What's great about it: All was straight forward except what is listed in the Cons
What's not so great: Problems with Div Gov Interest also with Lump Sum SS Payment

Completed federal return in two sittings. One preliminary early in year and the final one when all data was availabl.

Turbo Tax is easy to use as long as you have all your information together. Help is available if needed from experts. I recommend Turbo Tax often.

Return a bit complex

Had to search for the not completed return manually. The updated program would still not ID it. After closing Turbotax; only by double clicking on the file did it open in turbotax and give the ability to finish the return.
What's great about it: Relatively fast going through return for 2015 considering complexity. Sold business property and retired.
What's not so great: Minor problem. Failed to find file for return after an update. Several days had passed without the final review.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

It's Good to have a guide on the Tax Journey!!

I purchased Turbo Tax Premier 2015 on CD. I arrived ontime and installed quickly with no issues. A big plus is that it loaded all of the needed info from my TurboTax 2015 return. The update process was painless as update were released..with NO, ZERO,NADA technical bugs!!!!!!!!! Screens were intuitive and flowed logically...and it was easy to move between forms and categories as needed. The options for help were excellent both for the software itself and for clarifying tax questions. Efiling was straight forward with confirmations. Perhaps Best of All is that my wife now thinks that I am a TAX GHURU!
