Easy

Stumbled a while on where to enter RRB1099; RRB1099R and SSA1099SM information but finally figured it out, I hope. Other than that, it is basically point and click.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Not enough clarification of where to enter different 1099's

For a first or second time user, I had problems finding answers to my questions about estimated taxes (didn't realize that state estimates had to be logged into federal return. Next time, I'll know. Got to the point of reviewing where things really slowed down. Also problem for novice user is all of the info about e-fiiling--all of the extra fees!! I wish this had been talked about before I began the process so I would have known what I was getting into. Ate up more than a third of my refund in fees.
What's great about it: Like price of download.
What's not so great: Trouble finding solutions to questions

My wife and I are both retired and have only SS and 1099R's. Income listing information required on the pension verses IRA listing is confusing to me, at least on 2014 and 2015 returns.
