Bug fixes needed- program freezes ,

Program issues - freezes and times, needed to log off and log back on to restart the program

FEEL LIKE A PRO

I have a relative who is a retired CPA who has done my taxes in the past many years. Since he retired five years ago, I have done my own returns with TurboTax. Each year when I finish my return I have him review it. So far I have not had to make a change in my work.
What's great about it: TurboTax has led me through my tax filing for five years now without a hitch. The guuidance could not be more simple.
What's not so great: What' not to like?

Always Issues With the Software

Finished one return. Saved it. Closed the software. Went to open it to work on another return a few days later and NOTHING. No splash screen, no errors, nothing. Ran "repair" from control panel and that crashed, but decided to try and open the program. Got lucky, it opened. Also had issues last year with the install, why does it have to be so temperamental!?!?!?!?!?!?!
What's great about it: Very thorough and has been around for years.
What's not so great: There are ALWAYS issues with the software not running, not installing and just being a pain in the neck.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

great until the end

Perfect process until e-file time, it was impossible to get into my intuit account to pay for state filing. Horrible!! work around was almost comical.
What's great about it: awesome working through federal and state

Solid Product Perfromance

The product is solid and relatively easy to use as long as you have your records organized.
I like to file electronically, but I don't appreciate the in app fees for filing the state returns and the audit protection fee popping up separetely in the filing process. Put them together and give me the option of paying all fees in one charge.

A breeze to use....

I have used TurboTax since the MacInTax days. It has saved me weeks of headaches and frustration. The Step-by-Step guidance gets better each year. I am really impressed with the importing of information from financial institutions. I recommend it for everyone.
