I've been using TurboTax for over 25 years and it keeps getting better. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Simple to use!
What's not so great: None!

EXCELLENT TOOL

Cannot go wrong, have never had any problems and is always complete for my type of status. Would recommend to anyone who does their own taxes.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, easy to understand, gives you only what you need to do, instant calculations and helps in every way.
What's not so great: Not any that comes to mind. I have been using this software every year for a long time.

Have used TurboTax and its predecessors since the early 90's.
It only gets better and easier to use.
By making good on the 2014 glitch shows the integrity of Intuit in supporting their clients.

This software has improved progressively in the 13 years we have used it, and we are sure that it helps to pick a good product and stick with it.
What's great about it: No kinks in process, very straightforward and plenty of help.
What's not so great: None

Easy Filing of Taxes

I've used TurboTax for a number of years and this year seemed to be the easiest. Very easy to be walked thru each category and the checks and balances make me feel like I have a perfect tax filing.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and Turbo Tax walks you thru everything
What's not so great: None

Used TurboTax for Years

I have used TurboTax for many years. Last year was quite a challenging time with many issues, which your technicians have assisted with. Your program still has areas of confusion that require trying to find answers online (Google or other sites). I wish I could call someone who can answer these questions quickly and accurately. Being disabled is also an area that causes confusion when doing taxes. Need to provide easier (self-explanatory) questions and answers.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process
What's not so great: Questions and where to enter information can be confusing

That is how long I have been faithful to Turbo Tax. I have sort of watched them mature and improve. The only complaint I might have is the cost of the state return. Otherwise I love the program.
