I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I have rental property and investments and ease of use is great. I have never found an error that Turbo Tax failed to catch. I highly recommend this product!
What's great about it: Ease and accurcy
What's not so great: none

Sometimes takes a long time to finish updating making me think it isn't really working. Maybe a note to tell me "this may take sometime to complete updating" would be reassuring. I download investment data from brokerage firm so I have no paper file to go find info you ask for, and you don't say specifically which item you are asking about.
What's great about it: Fast and mostly easy and understandable
What's not so great: Download investments but asks for dates sometimes which i don't have

Had been using Turbo Tax for years.
Now use Turbo Tax Premier for my Real Estate Property investment for the last 3 years without any hitch.

What's great about it: Very detailed and easy.
What's not so great: Got stuck in "Calculating" process for no apparent reason.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

It is very easy for me to use because of the minimum amount of information I need to input.
What's great about it: Very easy to do.

Way able to import all relevant supporting investment transactions in seconds. . . so much easier than listing by hand!
What's great about it: Makes prior complications go away!
What's not so great: None
