Pretty good experience

Not always knowing what to enter and what some terms mean, I inadvertently started a business asset worksheet, which I did not need and found it hard to figure out how to eliminate it. I finally just went to forms and deleted it. Other than that, all went well. Thank you Turbo Tax for saving me a bundle on CPA fees. It is just a tedious project to do, but you make it about as easy as it can be.
What's great about it: Goes through with thoroughness.
What's not so great: perhaps a little too confusing for some of us

2016 Premir Tax

I'm ready to efile but cannot solve the Intuit log in procedure. Unable to reset password etc.
What's great about it: Help with deductions and financial dowload from bank
What's not so great: Too many separate worksheets and too much to print.

Would be a 5 but Printing on 2015 isn't Easy

I have used Turbo Tax almost since its inception. Great product but the printing options and when you can print is a hassle this year. It didn't give me the option to print just what is sent to the IRS...

Easy does it

This was the easiest year yet. I've used TurboTax for a number of years and enjoy not having to interpret the tax code and documents. Having more items where the prior year is shown is extremely helpful in making sure you found all your data. I like the prompts and especially the questions when there are differences from prior years and if something not used this year should be saved or deleted.
What's great about it: everything moves smoothly step by step
What's not so great: sometimes it is awkward using the non-cash donations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Consistently Excellent Performance

The software for years has made the filing of my taxes somewhat easy and very accurate. It guides me carefully when I want guidance, and it lets me work through the forms on my own when I want to.
What's great about it: I love that the software imports previous year information to make entry of details easier and to allow a comparison.
What's not so great: One year the software seemed to not indicate to the IRS that the previous year I had applied the refund to the next year

What's not so great: Spent an hour trying to delete a K-! form I accidentally started to fill out
