As a long tome user of TurboTax, I believe this was one of the best experiences with it.
Doing a better job of asking questions at the beginning of a topic to allow you to skip all the detailed questions if it doesn't apply to you.
For the past couple years the printing and saving phases has been a little confusing. When you answer yes to reviewing your return before filing, you have to select Cancel to get back to the filing section.

What's great about it: Great job of asking the right questions at the right time!
What's not so great: Printing hard copy requires you to open a PDF and print from there.

I've been using TurboTax for years, this year was the first year we had our son and the interface helped me through what I needed to do, it was great
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow
What's not so great: nothing negative

still need to improve rental property section

On the whole Turbo tax is the best on the market in terms of a) being easy to use and
b) easy to navigate thru the screens BUT

I sold an investment rental property in the middle of this year and the screen navigation was VERY POOR when it came time to enter in the specific data regarding the sale and calculation of prior depreciation claimed, expenses of sale, additional expenses on the HUD-1 form that need to be captured. Time after time I found myself in endless loops without being able to enter the data. You need to rework the questions you ask and the screen navigation to allow this info to be reported correctly. Overall, a five for the rest of TurboTax, but a Zero for this part.
What's great about it: uploading from last years data
What's not so great: selling rental property screen navigation very poor

T-Tax is a fine way to do taxes

Been using T-Tax for years - It's a timesaver. I did get gripey that I had to upgrade to Premium just to handle stock and bond sales.
What's great about it: Consistent and clear guidance
What's not so great: Don't like the fact I had to buy Premium this year instead of Deluxe
