Simple and easy to use, but Some of the categories for deductions seem to have disappeared. Eg, parking but no category for tolls?

From installation of the software to filing my returns Turbo Tax is easy to use. Turbo Tax walks you through each step and after you've completed everything I like the option to walk through each category on my own so that I can do a quick accuracy check. Filing taxes is easy and I like the follow up from Turbo Tax indicating the status of my refund.
What's great about it: Software is easy to use and Help Center lends great support
What's not so great: Updates take a while to process then abruptly logs you out.

More Difficult This Year

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I have never had a problem filing my taxes on my own. This year seemed much more difficult. The step-by-step guidance was helpful but there were still areas that I was confused about because I had not seem them before. I don't like that I now have to sign in to an online option in order to itemize my charitable deductions. It was easier to do when it was part of the program, at least it seems more difficult this year. There were areas that was telling me that required information that I did not have, i.e. purchase cost of charitable donations that I have had for many years.
What's great about it: Step by Step guidance
What's not so great: More confusing language, Harder itemized deductions

Excellent product and have used for at least the last 8 years.
What's great about it: Thorough, up to date forms, transfer of data from previous years, quick refunds
What's not so great: None
