Much better than last year

In general, Turbo Tax is excellent, I have been using it since its inception. There have been some difficult years but, on the whole, I doubt there is a a more comprehensive package for an individual taxpayer to do their own taxes.
And, again, in general, Turbo Tax has always been quick to rectify the majority of issues which have arisen over the years related to any aspect of their product.

What's great about it: over a good, simple experience
What's not so great: hiccups re CarryOver Worksheet, finding Easy Guide, etc.

Painful with the selling of Stocks

Did not have an option for Company RSU stock option.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Going through the Selling of Stock was not east

Quick Filing of Taxes

Seems this gets easier every year. I've used TurboTax for the past few years, and it gets easier every year! In the past, I would use the software, and it took hours. This year, I was done in a couple of hours.
What's great about it: Real easy using the interview process
What's not so great: Have to figure out how to delete a form when you enter data into the wrong form

Good Then Bad

Would have had more stars but Turbo Tax has made it more difficult this year to e-file Fed and mail state return.
What's great about it: Very easy to import and enter data.
What's not so great: Not easy to e-file Fed and mail State this year.

An excellent program and highly recommended. It is very thorough and walks you through almost every scenario you could think of. Only improvement I could think of would be a spell check program that could be turned on and off when filling in dialog boxes.
What's great about it: Thorough
