Pretty Pleased with the Program

I'm disappointed that the program did not import my tax history this year. I could not find out how the tax history is pulled over from my previous returns. In 2014, the previous 5-year history was captured. This year the program brought over my personal data, but did not bring over the history.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use the program and do one's taxes
What's not so great: Difficult to get answers when something doesn't seem correct
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I HAD TO USE YOUR TECHANICAL STAFF TO UNLOCK MY 2014 AND 2015 IRS RETURN. NEED SOME IMPROVEMENT OF THIS PROCESS

Nas State Deduction foir Interest in Massachusetts Bank is unclear. I missed it the first time through.

Well what can I say..I started using Turbo Tax in the 90's...did it because I was tired of not understanding taxes and wanted to be better prepared knowing the lingo...
its 2016 and how time flies..still using turbo tax and only turbo tax premier.

Overall a good experience.
What's great about it: More straight forward than in previous years
What's not so great: If you go directly to a form via the seach box, the wizard doesn't change "Start" to "Update."
